בעזרת השם יתברך, ולמזל טוב, המגיד מראשית אחרית הוא יתן שפ טוב ושארית, לאלה דברי התנאים והברית.
שנדברו והתנו בין שני הצדדים לשם ולתפארת דהיינו מצד האחד יחיד ומיוחד בורא כל חכם קדמון.
ומצד שני הלא היא כנסת ישראל כלה קרואה בנעימה. ואל יבריחו ואל יעלימו לא זה מזו ולא זו מזה, מראשית ועד אחרית.
רק תמיד פניהם איש אל אחיו באהבה ואחוה וריעות דלא מתפרשין דא מן דא לעלמין.
החתן הנ"ל התחייב את עצמו להכניס כל אשר האציל וברא ויצר ועשה הכל למענה ולמען התורה הקדושה וכו', הכלה הנ"ל התחייבה את עצמה להכניס כל אשר לה למסור לבבה ונפשה על התורה ועל העבודה בדביקה וחשקה בדחילו ורחימו וכו'.
ערב קבלן מצד החתן, כל צבא השמים ושרפים וחיות ואופני הקודש.
ערב קבלן מצד הכלה, צדיקי הדור ותינוקות של בית רבן.
והכל שריר וקיים.
והכהנים והעם העומדים בעזרה פה במקדש מעט, כולם יענו ויאמרו מזל טוב

Marriage Contract

With the help of God, blessed be He, and for good luck. The one who foretold the beginning and the end, may He give a good tongue and a portion, to these words of the conditions and the covenant.
