'מוקפים אנו אויבים מכל צד,
אוי לנו ביום שיתחברו יחד.
גם ידידים מזה שנים,
פתאום הופכים עלינו פנים

במבט של אמת, מבט טהור

הלא תלבין.

קול דודי נשמע בארצנו
הנה זה בא ויגאלנו,
מה נעמו הדי פסיעותיו

זכרו כי מנהיגנו הם גדולי התורה,

השחר בוקע סופסוף נותן אורו
