ماضن في الطيب نصيب
مره يجي ومره يغيب
لخلبط لي اوراق الهوى
والحب عا قلبي شديد
لي تلدغه أفعى الرمل
ايخاف حتى مالحبل
مشيت في درب أمل
والدرب كل ماله يزيد

Your destiny in kindness has a share,
It comes and goes everywhere,
To mix up the pages of passion,
And love is intense in my heart,
For it was bitten by a sand snake,
One fears even a rope,
I walked along a path of hope,
And the path increases in length,
With yearning my eyes look,
I have not slept since yesterday,
Some feelings are hurtful,
They need a heart made of steel,
Not all that glitters is gold,
My world has shown me wonder,
My fire was fed with firewood,
And people think I am happy,
I have loved them for a long time,
And looked for them in every place,
Yesterday they gave me a guarantee,
And today they are far away from my sight,
Love has dried up from its source,
So love has ruined my heart,
It is difficult for me to bid farewell,
And to live alone without them.
