君は魔法使いに憧れて古今東西から怪しげな書物を集めては読み漁る日々

ある日君は会うなりこう言うんだ
「手に持ってるだけで魔法を使うことができる石があるらしい
是非探すのを手伝ってくれ」と

場所は活火山の深く そこで眠れる竜が守ってるとかなんてファンタシーな話だ
登山する支度して戦う準備もして君のヘルメット袋には笑いが止まんない
なんて滑稽な冒険者一方だ

山道は険しすぎてそもそも荷物が多すぎる
でも本当に竜がいるならこれぐらいは必要

どうして魔法なんて使いたいのかと訊くと君はそっぽを向いて
「この手である人を守りたい」

火口につき底に降り始めた

何かがごおと鳴いた
まさか本当に竜がいるなんて！でも今は現実を見なきゃ死んじゃう！
君はたいまつかかげ こっちだと囮になる
巨大な生き物が君を追い込んでいった
ああどこに石はあるんだ？見つけなきゃ！

マグマの近くに光るものがあった
焼き付くような中 その石を手に取る

「竜よ燃えろ」そう強く念じた

奇跡が巻き起こった
竜は炎に包まれ足を踏み外しマグマに落ちた
口には君がくわえられてた 再び念じた
「君よダイヤモンドになれ マグマにも溶けない」
いつか必ず君を救い出す
もっと魔法を極めて

Hifukiyama no Mahoutsukai

You are fascinated by wizards and you spend your days reading all kinds of strange books from all over the world.

One day you tell me this as soon as you see me:
“I heard that there is a stone that can be used to cast spells just by holding it.
Please help me find it.”

The stone is said to be deep inside an active volcano, guarded by a sleeping dragon. What a fantastic story!
As I prepare to climb the mountain and fight, you pack your helmet bag with laughter.
What a ridiculous adventurer you are!

The mountain trail is too steep and you have too much luggage.
But if there really is a dragon, we will need all of this.

When I ask you why you want to use magic, you turn away from me and say:
“I want to protect someone with my own hands.”

We reach the crater and start to descend.

Something roars.
Could there really be a dragon? But I have to face reality, or I will die!
You wave your torch and decoy it.
A huge creature chases after you.
Oh, where is the stone? I have to find it!

There is something shining near the magma.
Amidst the scorching heat, I pick up the stone.

I chant firmly, “Dragon, burn.”

A miracle occurs.
The dragon is engulfed in flames and loses its footing, falling into the magma.
You are in its mouth. I chant again:
“My love, turn into a diamond that cannot be melted by magma.”
I will definitely save you someday.
I will master more magic.
