Circus Song

Like a traveling swallow, am I destined for loneliness?
I too am lonely, living this circus life.
Another year ends with a fleeting visit,
Seeing flowers of unknown, foreign lands.

Yesterday at the market, I glimpsed a girl,
Fair-skinned and slender, with elegant posture.
Even lions yield to the crack of my whip,
