Ignorance

If fate could be chosen, every step we take at the crossroads would be more carefree
If living could be honest, the values we once believed in wouldn't have to accept the erosion of time
How wonderful youth
Not content with the feudal system, we naively took to the streets believing truth would prevail
Banners held high, the masses demanding justice
Willing to sacrifice everything to appeal, the ideas of the elite are too mundane
But alas, life is a series of setbacks, and existence is about compromise
How wonderful poverty
A dollar's savings was enough for happiness, a cheap guitar to vent my frustrations
Wealth is gained, but years are lost
Donations need not expect回报, there will always be anomalies in the world
But unfortunately, life is a cry of release, and existence is an apology for fear of persecution
If fate could be chosen, every step we take at the crossroads would be more carefree
If living could be honest, the values we once believed in wouldn't have to accept the erosion of time
How wonderful friends
A quarrel would not result in a lawsuit, a competition game would not be taken to heart
As the years pass, nothing can be mended
The verse of youth always ages, time is so terrifying
If fate could be chosen, every step we take at the crossroads would be without confusion
If living could be honest, the values we once believed in today we find are not yet old
If fate could be rehearsed, reality would not force us to accept the cruel choices of life
If we held onto the thoughts of the past, would I be born into this world without purpose, only to be chastised?
