So I know you've
Just recently been through a very trying time

Yeah

And uh you wanna heal from that
And so we're going to create a safe space
Here for you to really let it go
And uh for me to take it very gracefully and carefully
And to reframe it
Turn it to something where you can digest what happened to you

So what I'm just supposed to tell you how I feel

Yes

Well I been feeling all right
Just dealing with this daily bullshit
I know comes with this life
Like how my family says
I changed if I don't cut them a check
Or if people finally support me
When they see I'm on on deck
Which means that I am up next
But I'm not sure how many round me
Would show up when I'm dead
Cause what can I offer them then
And that's not me saying
That I think that I'm better of dead
So don't even begin to say
You gon' prescribe me some meds
Unless you got a plug on some weed
To finally ease my stress
I know I sound down
But need to get this off my chest
Cause I been praying for the best
But I'm prepared for the worst
No more bagging my emotions
Cause it only made things worse

What are some of the other things
That's a lot right there
But some of those other details I'm sure you wanna repress and forget
Probably very unsettling
Your still shutting down that's your way of coping with stressful environments
When we stress we do one of three things
We either fight
Or you flee

Nah nah nah
It's just like

Every now an again
I just need time for myself
So I take another addy as I start to rebel
Against the way that I was raised
Cause man I am afraid
That if gods the one that saved me
Could he take it all away
They no longer
Could put me in a box
Ima show my son that when we
Make it to the top
After years of going hard
We remember what it's like
When all we had was each other
All those nights on the bottom
With a hope to make a pretty penny
So now that we got it
Share it with all those
Who you know don't got any
Cause all those times that we were down
Are why I stay humble
I know the worlds gonna try
To take everything from him

So yeah that's where I'm at

This is male depression
Is fear taking over

Yeah
I mean it's not that I'm scared of anything
It's just I'm scared of the what if
