Songtexte

Nightclock punches in-steel-toe souls assemble.
Grindstone halos spark; the graveyard shift trembles.
Clock face cracks at 12:01,
Moonlight paints the loading-docks gun-metal.
We shoulder coffins full of dreams undone,
Forklift hymns in a minor interval.
Paycheck prayers in nicotine fog,
Barricade laughter with a welded smirk.
Every sigh another loose gearbox cog-
Keep the line alive, keep the demons at work.
Rust in our lungs, but we still breathe fire;
Sweat in our veins keeps the casket wire.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, beneath the arc-light glare,
Beat those iron hearts-bang the drums of wear.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, drown the siren's call,
Turn the midnight grind into a glory brawl.
Whoa-oh, graveshift ride-
Whoa-oh, through the other side.
Shadow foreman counts our silent cries,
Punch-card martyrs in a chain-link cage.
Yet sparks write verses across the sky,
Blueprint rage on a carbon page.
We lace our boots with wire of doubt,
Stomp the sparks 'til the steel belts sing.
If the sun won't clock us out,
We'll crucify dawn on a time-clock spring.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, beneath the arc-light glare,
Beat those iron hearts-bang the drums of wear.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, drown the siren's call,
Turn the midnight grind into a glory brawl.
Whoa-oh, graveshift ride-
Whoa-oh, through the other side.
Grind the gear, break the fear,
Feed the furnace with our tears!
Clean chant (echoing):
We are more than rust and chrome,
We build kingdoms of our own.
Spoken (over feedback):
"Clock hands choke, but the heartbeat hammers."
Blackhorn sunrise bleeds through cracks,
Daylight thieves storm the gates.
We march out-ghosts with fractured backs-
But our footsteps rewrite fate.
In the silence after alarms are killed,
We hear the anthem ricochet;
Echoed in every coffin we willed
Back to life for another day.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, beneath the arc-light glare,
Beat those iron hearts-bang the drums of wear.
Sing, Graveshift Anthem, drown the siren's call,
Turn the midnight grind into a glory brawl.
Whoa-oh, graveshift ride-
Whoa-oh, through the other side.
Nightclock punches out-embers kiss the dawn,
But the Graveshift Anthem lives on and on.
