The path towards healing will be different for everyone but there
Are some general steps that can be taken by those who want to move
Forward in a healthy way from losing someone they love through

These moments when your loved one has died because maybe we're not
Going well with ourselves about something else happening at home work
Health wise relationship issues whatever may have happened this
Person's life I mean our time on earth ends up being too short now
So I'm going to use this time wisely for the people around you
Because we don all have something to contribute into making this
World a better place for those who come after us it's our
Responsibility as individuals but also collectively as society
At large to help make sure these young women feel empowered be
Confident be safe feel supported when they come back from their
Periods because we all know that period pain can really impact
Your mood as well so hopefully we can change that narrative too
