Frosty

His day in the sun was the end of him
He should have stayed in bed
Everyone come and shed a tear
Frosty the snowman is dead
His head is running water
Icy water down the drain
His corn cob pipe and his button nose
Are all that still remain

No longer are the days so crisp
The nights so cold and bitter
Spring has sprung and in the sun
The birds all chirp and twitter

Yes, Frosty is dead
But don't despair
Don't shed another tear
Go have some fun
Enjoy the sun
He'll be back again next time
