Songtexte
Once
again
the
leaves
are
falling
Softly
sighing,
summer's
gone
Yet
in
this
long
life,
the
carpet
weaving
Is
fit
for
kings
to
walk
upon
And
in
the
cycle
of
the
seasons
Nature's
pop
will
fill
your
eyes
Each
one
saying
as
it
passes
Fare
thee
well,
but
not
goodbye
But
slowly
drifting,
the
woodland
splendor
And
autumn's
moment
is
not
to
spoon
For
sooner
or
later,
all
leaves
and
mortals
To
their
mother
earth
return
And
in
the
cycle
of
the
seasons
Nature's
pop
will
fill
your
eyes
Each
one
saying
as
it
passes
Fare
thee
well,
but
not
goodbye
Though
these
leaves
are
dead
or
dying
Still
there's
work
for
them
to
do
Yet
in
this
rich
soil,
to
the
earth
returning
Buds
in
springtime
will
renew
And
in
the
cycle
of
the
seasons
Nature's
pop
will
fill
your
eyes
Each
one
saying
as
it
passes
Fare
thee
well,
but
not
goodbye
Constant
leaves
they're
forever
falling
And
all
must
lie
and
turn
to
clay
But
the
soul
of
man
is
surviving
And
will
forever
with
nature
stay
And
in
the
cycle
of
the
seasons
Nature's
pop
will
fill
your
eyes
Each
one
saying
as
it
passes
Fare
thee
well,
but
not
goodbye
