Battered waves across my thoughts
Seem to blow my ship from cogs
And my cannons blazing
I'm sailing to shady seas

And throw away the maps
And then contemplate the math
What time-
How hard can it be?

I see the sum of me and you
It comes out equally in two
I don't care what they say
The magic number isn't three

It must start off as a sneeze
Sharper turns it to a breeze
And before you know it
You got yourself a hurricane

It blows hard against my eyes
And the will made in my mind
Starts to buckle
Simply cannot take the strain

I just pulled my collar tight
And keep my head down
Yet through another blustery day
