And it's such an intimate lyric (yeah)
And, I think it's how we all really feel
When we become one with our life partners (totally)
Those things that they do everyday that you just are in love with (yeah, for sure)

What's so interesting I think about this record is
At least as far as the love songs go, obviously Blessed is just a straight up
You are the most amazing human being I've ever seen in my life
But there's a couple on here, that we'll get into a little bit later with Dream You Never Had
But notice to me, it's such a different way that I've written about Lauren

You know on Instagram, Twitter and all these stuffs
It's so much of this #CoupleGoals and
When can I find somebody that loves his wife the way that Thomas Rhett loves Lauren? And-
And this is kind of a deeper look it like real life
You know what I'm saying?
Like, I think this song could relate to any marriage, any situation

Because I think we've been married for six years now
And we live such a life where we're so busy
My brain is in the clouds, so much of the time
Thinking about work, or thinking about why I haven't worked out in five days
Or thinking about this or thinking about that
And uhm, you know I think vice versa

Sometimes we get into these little, I don't wanna call them ruts
But they're just like, "Do you hear me, today?"
"Do you hear what I'm saying today?"
"'Cause I feel like you're somewhere else in you head"
And I think that's a very, very natural thing to happen in a relationship

But this song was like
Hey, if I were to tell you that you look amazing
I would literally say it every 15 seconds
If I were to tell you, you're the most beautiful thing I've ever seen
I would tell you every second
And this song is saying
I realize my downfall as a husband of not saying that you are perfect at all times of the day
But this is me going all these little things that you do

The way that you brush your hair
The way that you blush when you drink red wine
The way that you still cry when you see a big sun set
I notice all of this, like you never go unnoticed to me
And, and I think Lauren will say the same thing about me

Because there are times and I'm like
Where you at today?
And really that's kind of the basis of this song
I think it's really cool to get into more of the dit-ness of our relationship
Rather than giving our lives as a fairy tale, and
It's all roses and gold
Because it's just like every other relationship
We struggle with same stuff everybody else does, and
And this is kind of a note to that

Keith Urban talks about being present (yeah)
And that what this song hit me
It's like, we don't have to be talking (yeah)
But you just need to know that, I got you (yeah exactly) yeah
And I know you, and I'm with you (exactly)
And I don't know that there's really anything more powerful (agreed)

Notice, la phrase qui m'a marqué est :

Et c'est une parole tellement intime (ouais)
Et je pense que c'est ce qu'on ressent tous
Quand on ne fait plus qu'un avec la personne qu'on aime (totalement)
Ces petites choses qu'elles font au quotidien et dont on est amoureux (ouais, c'est clair)

Ce que je trouve intéressant avec cet album, c'est que
Du moins, en ce qui concerne les chansons d'amour, évidemment Blessed est direct
Tu es l'être humain le plus incroyable que j'ai jamais vu de ma vie
Mais il y en a quelques-unes ici, on en parlera un peu plus tard avec Dream You Never Had
Mais Notice pour moi, c'est une façon tellement différente d'écrire sur Lauren

Tu sais, sur Instagram, Twitter et tout ça
C'est tellement #CoupleGoals et
Quand vais-je trouver quelqu'un qui aime sa femme comme Thomas Rhett aime Lauren ? Et-
Et c'est un peu un regard plus profond sur la vraie vie
Tu vois ce que je veux dire ?
Je pense que cette chanson pourrait parler à n'importe quel mariage, n'importe quelle situation

Parce que je crois qu'on est mariés depuis six ans maintenant
Et on vit une vie tellement chargée
Mon cerveau est dans les nuages la plupart du temps
À penser au travail, ou pourquoi je n'ai pas fait de sport depuis cinq jours
Ou à penser à ça ou à ça
Et euh, tu sais, je pense que c'est réciproque

Parfois on entre dans ces petits, je ne veux pas appeler ça des ornières
Mais c'est juste comme, "Tu m'écoutes, aujourd'hui ?"
"Tu entends ce que je te dis aujourd'hui ?"
"Parce que j'ai l'impression que tu es ailleurs dans ta tête"
Et je pense que c'est quelque chose de très, très naturel dans un couple

Mais cette chanson, c'était comme
Hé, si je devais te dire que tu es magnifique
Je te le dirais littéralement toutes les 15 secondes
Si je devais te dire que tu es la plus belle chose que j'ai jamais vue
Je te le dirais à chaque seconde
Et cette chanson dit
Je suis conscient que mon défaut en tant que mari est de ne pas te dire que tu es parfaite à tout moment de la journée
Mais là, je te dis que toutes ces petites choses que tu fais

Ta façon de te brosser les cheveux
Ta façon de rougir quand tu bois du vin rouge
Ta façon de pleurer encore quand tu vois un beau coucher de soleil
Je remarque tout ça, comme si tu n'étais jamais invisible à mes yeux
Et je pense que Lauren dirait la même chose de moi

Parce qu'il y a des moments où je suis là
Où es-tu aujourd'hui ?
Et c'est vraiment la base de cette chanson
Je trouve ça vraiment cool d'entrer dans le côté plus terre-à-terre de notre relation
Plutôt que de présenter nos vies comme un conte de fées, et
Que tout soit rose et or
Parce que c'est comme toutes les autres relations
On est confrontés aux mêmes problèmes que tout le monde, et
Et c'est un peu une note à ce sujet

Keith Urban parle d'être présent (ouais)
Et c'est ce que cette chanson m'a fait ressentir
C'est comme, on n'a pas besoin de parler (ouais)
Mais tu as juste besoin de savoir que, je suis là pour toi (ouais exactement) ouais

Et je ne sais pas s'il y a vraiment quelque chose de plus puissant que ça (d'accord)
