When I first saw the title VHS we hadn't talked about that song and I'm like what is this going to be about?

Yeah

And then Very Hot Summer of course, what a jam

Yeah for sure man another song that I wrote with Amy Wadge and Jesse Frasure and Ashley Gorley
And I remember being in the room that day
And Jesse said, "I have this title called VHS"
And I probably went to where your brain went like a tape like what I used to watch all my old Disney movies on and
He goes, "But it stands for Very Hot Summer" and I was like, "That's cool man" like I've never heard that title
I've never heard that idea so we started just writing this super funky, uptempo summer jam
Just about kinda just riding around in like a top off jeep on the coast of somewhere
And being like I don't care what the weather's doing it could be 40 degrees
It's about to be a very hot summer because you're sitting in the passenger's seat
And uh I remember playing this song like on vacation after we'd written this song and I was just like, "This is a jam"
This is one of those songs that I just play on repeat in the gym, on the bus it's like a warm up track before we go on stage
I just think people are gonna have so much fun with how lighthearted and just fun this song is

Turn it up, VHS, Very Hot Summer and this tour's coming out and it's gonna be a be a very hot tour
