I'm paid for compassion in the cuts that He bled for
A crown of thorns He wore was so shameful
Hanging naked in a tree was so shameful
And He did it for me

Turned water to wine
He turned nothing to something
Now everybody can eat
And He gave me His blood shed
And I didn't even have to bleed
He who receives you receives me
So I profess that I believe

I confess the veil is torn there's no separation
Better than before is my declaration
Bible in the shelf not a decoration
Leave be still holy concentration
