When I was listening to this song, it, to me, it almost sounds like the older
More sultry sibling of "T-Shirt"
(Yeah, absolutely)
It's still playful, that irresistible feeling (yeah)
But it's a little sexier (yeah)
A little bit more grown up

It definitely is, and you know "T-Shirt"
When we play our sets, "T-Shirt" is one of the biggest songs we play in our show
The melody is infectious but it also has that, uhm
Just like, era of time when it doesn't matter what kind of music you like
You were just a fan of those songs
If that makes any sense

And I think "When You Look Like That" is one of those songs that
I think even the most traditional country music listeners, will listen to that
And be like, "I can't get down of that"
You know what I mean? Like I can get on the dance floor and groove out to that song and so
And one of my huge idols from the 90s David Lee Murphy was a co-writer on this song
And when I heard the demo of him singing it
It just made it that much more desirable to me
Uh, and it's one of the few that I didn't write that, I just
You know, I never could get it out of my head from the first time I heard it
