Boxes

I have emptied out my closet
cleaned up my house
I have given away the things I don´t need
tidied up my home
I have put little things into boxes
the ghosts in the corners are lonely
I am leaving behind my possessions for someone else
I have made a fire of things I don´t want anyone to see

the walls fill the silence with echoes

I am going on a journey
maybe some day I'll be returning
