Fühlr sich Sandsturm so ähnlich wie Regen an,
Wie wird Fernsehen interpretiert?
Wird es Recht, wenn man dem Unrecht auf's Maul haut,
Aus der Luft oder auf allen Vieren?
Vielleicht ist alles möglich, aber wer will das schon,
Und wer weiß, wer davon profitiert?
Kann ein Gewitter der Himmel auf Erden sein,
Kann man Schuld oder Unschuld verlieren?

Also unbemerkt umdrehen,
Wenn es donnert, nicht hinsehen.

Jeder will gern dabei sein,
Nach dem Zeitgeist die Uhr stellen,

Wenn wieder Sonne scheint, gibt das einen Regenbogen,
Was auch immer das zu tun haben soll
Mit Entwicklungshilfe und Waschmaschinen,
Industrieparks und Umweltkontrollen.
Wer Argumente hat, braucht keinen Waffenschein,
Und wer Waffen hat, kein Monopol.
Wer Monopole hat, braucht vielleicht gar nichts mehr,
Keine Wünsche und nichts zu verzollen.

Your brand needs above all more green for the money,
Because everyone understands that immediately.

Does sandstorm feel as similar as rain,
How is TV being interpreted?
Does it become justice when beating injustice,
From the air or on all fours?
Maybe everything is possible, but who wants that,
And who knows, who profits from that?
Can a thunderstorm be heaven on earth,
Can one lose guilt or innocence?

When there's thunder, don't look.

Everyone wants to be there,
Set the clock by the zeitgeist,
With your head in the clouds
And your feet in the mud.

When the sun shines again, it creates the rainbow,
Whatever that has to do
With development aid and washing machines,
Industrial parks and environmental regulations.
Who has arguments doesn't need a gun license,
And who has weapons, no monopoly.
Who has monopolies, perhaps needs nothing more,
No wishes and nothing to have to pay duty on.
