Hält man Sie für einfach und bescheiden?
Und können Sie das, so wie ich, nicht leiden?
Kriegen Sie beim Zahnarzt jedesmal den gleichen Schreck
Denn sobald Sie sitzen, sind die Schmerzen spurlos weg?
Haben Sie eine Gattin und den Kummer gleich dazu?
Dann sagen Sie ihr, wie ich es tu

"Ich hab ka Lust, mit dir in Urlaub zu gehen
Ich hab ka Lust, in deine Seele zu sehen
Denn in den Urlaub kriegst du mich nicht mit zehn Pferden
Und deine Seele kann mir ganz gestohlen werden
Ich hab ka Lust, dir dein Geschwätz zu verzeihn
Ich hab ka Lust, dein Schnuckiputzi zu sein
Und wenn du mit mir redest, mach es knapp
Und was noch besser wär, gewöhn's dir ab!"

Doch sollte Ihre Gattin sagen: "Ich schweig heut!"
Dann glauben Sie mir, sie tut das nicht aus Feigheit
Dann will sie irgend was von Ihnen kriegen
Und wird sich dann am Abend an Sie schmiegen
Sie küsst Sie auf die Stirne oder Glatze
Und streichelt Sie an dem und jenem Platze
Doch wenn sie Sie dann zieht an ihre Brust
Dann schreien Sie: "Nein! Ich hab ka Lust!"

Dieser Satz "Ich hab ka Lust!" ist heut Ihr Privileg
Damit gehen Sie miesen Pflichten einfach aus dem Weg
Werden Sie bei der Arbeit immer müder?
Sagen S': "Ich hab ka Lust", und legen S' sich nieder!
Oder beispielsweise, Ihr Finanzamt hält nicht still
Weil es Sie zum Steuerzahlen überreden will
Manchmal ist es hartnäckig und gibt und gibt ka Ruh
Dann sagen Sie dem Finanzamt: "Hören Sie zu!
Ich hab ka Lust! Ich hab jetzt grad nichts in bar
Ich hab ka Lust! Ich zahl im folgenden Jahr
Denn erstens kostet Zahlen Überwindung
Und zweitens hab ich folgende Begründung:
Ich hab ka Lust, ich geb das Geld nicht gern her
Ich hab ka Lust, und es verdient sich so schwer."

Vielleicht sagt das Finanzamt gar, ich brauch nicht
Denn schließlich zahl ich anderen Leuten auch nicht
Doch sollte das Finanzamt einen schicken
Und einen Kuckuck auf den Perserteppich picken
Dann lassen Sie dem Jüngling sein Vergnügen
Denn vorläufig bleibt doch der Teppich liegen
Und kommt am nächsten Tage dann ein Wagen
Um Ihren schönen Teppich fortzutragen
Dann sagen Sie ganz eisig und bewusst:
"Der Teppich bleibt! Ich hab ka Lust!"

Kennen Sie den Blau? Kennen Sie den Roth?
Beide hat der Schlag getroffen, beide sind sie tot
Kennen Sie den Schwarz? Kennen Sie den Grün?
Beide liegen krank im Bett und schwitzen Aspirin

Ich an Ihrer Stell tät mich genieren
Krank zu werden, könnt mir nicht passieren

Ich hab ka Lust, ich finde, Kranksein ist schlecht
Ich hab ka Lust, ich bleib gesund wie ein Hecht
Und wenn ein Doktor mir sagt, ich bin sehr krank
Dann schrei ich ihn nur an, und dann ist er krank
Ich hab ka Lust, ein Kranker wird mich verstehen
Ich hab ka Lust, zu mei'm Begräbnis zu gehen
Und wenn ich einen Schnupfen krieg, o Schreck
Dann sag ich nur: "Er ist nicht da!", dann ist er weg

Doch sollte sich einmal in meinem Leben
Der Tod trotz alledem zu mir begeben
Und sagen: "Lieber Freund, sei nicht beklommen
Die Stunde schlägt, du mußt jetzt mit mir kommen"
Dann sag ich: "No, es wird mir eine Freud' sein
Dann sagst ich: "Muss es ausgerechnet heut sein?"
Und ruft er dann: "Was zögerst du? Du musst!"
Dann sag ich: "Nein, ich hab ka Lust!"

I Don't Feel Like It

Do you also hate it when someone dictates something to you?
Or when some idiot spells your name?
Do people think you are simple and modest?
And can you not stand that, like me?
Do you get the same fright at the dentist's every time
because as soon as you sit down, the pain is gone without a trace?
Do you have a wife and the trouble that comes with it?
Then tell her, like I do,

"I don't feel like going on vacation with you.
I don't feel like looking into your soul,
because you couldn't get me to go on vacation with ten horses,
And I couldn't care less about your soul.
I don't feel like forgiving your chatter.
I don't feel like being your sweetie pie.
And when you talk to me, make it short
And what would be even better, get out of the habit!"

But if your wife says, "I'm not talking today!"
then believe me, she's not doing it out of cowardice.
Then she wants something from you
And will then cuddle up to you in the evening.
She kisses you on the forehead or bald head
And caresses you in this and that place.
But when she then pulls you to her breast
Then you shout, "No! I don't feel like it!"

This sentence "I don't feel like it!" is your privilege today.
With it you simply avoid nasty duties.
Are you getting more and more tired at work?
Just say: "I don't feel like it", and lie down!
Or, for example, your tax office won't keep quiet
Because it wants to persuade you to pay taxes.
Sometimes it is persistent and gives and gives no peace.
Then tell the tax office: "Listen!
I don't feel like it! I don't have any cash right now.
I don't feel like it! I'll pay next year
Because firstly, paying costs me to overcome myself
And secondly, I have the following reason:
I don't feel like it, I don't like giving away the money.
I don't feel like it, and it's so hard to earn."

Maybe the tax office will even say, I don't need to
because after all I don't pay other people either.
But should the tax office send someone
and pick a cuckoo on the Persian carpet,
then let the young man have his fun
because for the time being the carpet stays put.
And if a van comes the next day
To carry away your beautiful carpet,
then you say, very icily and deliberately:
"The carpet stays! I don't feel like it!"

Do you know Blau? Do you know Roth?
Both have been struck down, both are dead.
Do you know Schwarz? Do you know Grün?
Both are lying sick in bed, sweating aspirin.

If I were you, I'd be ashamed
To get sick, couldn't happen to me.

I don't feel like it, I think being sick is bad.
I don't feel like it, I'll stay healthy as an ox.
And if a doctor tells me I'm very ill
then I'll just shout at him, and then he'll be ill.
I don't feel like it, a sick person will understand me.
I don't feel like going to my funeral.
And if I get a cold, oh horror,
Then I just say: "It's not there!", then it's gone.

But should once in my life
Death come to me despite everything
And say: "Dear friend, don't be embarrassed,
The hour has come, you must come with me now"
Then I say: "Well, I'll be happy to"
Then I say: "Does it have to be today?"
And if he then shouts: "What are you waiting for? You must!"
Then I say: "No, I don't feel like it!"
