I was facing dangerous situations
And it felt like the kid wouldn't make it
Getting lost on roads four times over at 3AM
And then stopping at a gas station
To get directions from folks not familiar with my kind
Anything could have happened
But God ain't blind
He knew I didn't have no business there
But He delivered me

But I'm so glad that the Lord is my shepherd
