The story of the century
The tale as old as time, but never out of style again!
Welcome to this week's edition of The Daily News
I'm your host Missy Lawrence
Good evening and welcome back for our latest news update
Now let us know which side you are with in a poll
We will be running throughout today's paper
Are there two sides?
Yes sirs!
But no ma'am 'cause only one page left to print
Before we're closed down for Christmas holidays
Today is December 21st everybody; it's World War Two ending day here
At home by all accounts number six million tons of bombs have been
Dropped since V-day that was June 6th last year when Germany
Surrendered unconditionally under an armistice agreement signed off
By Winston Churchill Prime Minister Sir Bernard Mountbatten, Lord
Montgomery, King George VI, U.S President Franklin D Roosevelt from
America, General Eisenhower Britain, Italy and Japan agreed not to
Attack each other during war times or seek peace through diplomacy
This led directly into victory over Nazi-occupied France where they
Were given complete control after signing Armistice in November
Then followed up soon thereafter against their German enemies
Across Europe leading eventually towards liberation around
August 8 th, 1945 giving birth to modern-day Western Democratic
Republic called Free French Canada just west past Quebec
City along Lake Huron right onto Ontario Bay Coastline near
Ottawa known commonly as Ottawa country or just Canada
After the war, Britain and France agreed to pay 50 million pounds each
For any remaining German occupied areas in Europe while Germany would
Receive a sum of about $1 billion US dollars with interest-free loan
From America paid off over ten years later on or before World War
Two ended December fourth nineteen forty-five when it signed an
Armistice agreement ending all
Hostilities between nations forever more!
And you know what?
The Germans never attacked again after that date because they were
Scared out their wits by us Americans who had been sending them back
Hundreds every day since June sixth seventeen thirty-three until
October seven th last year where we defeated Nazi-occupied Poland at
Berlin almost exactly one hundred fiveteen days ago today; November
Seventh twenty twelve making this week's newspaper headlines now
The prison was too cold so I asked
If he could come get me Hiya guv'ner
What can I do ya?
I'd like my dad here has got your name
Written down somewhere but anyway er...
Would you be free maybe tonight?
So we could have dinner together as opposed to eating McDonalds
Sandwiches next time ok sir thank you very much right okay thanks
Bye-bye A favor yeah sure thing bud how many people are coming oh
Just myself actually no friends just myself alright then fair enough
Cheers see ye around matey yes there is something wrong with his eyes
Man look at him act normal will yah she said she wants some company

Up here why don't you go home and study your books instead of looking
At strange people on the internet now get out yeah oh come off it
