The church doesn't want to work
It wants to play first
They put more effort at their jobs
Then doing God's work
The church is full of lies
Hypocrites and Pharisees
They claim to know the truth
But judging like the sadducees

I get more hate from believers than from an atheist
I get more love from non believers
Than from church hypocrites
They're trying to build their ark
But they don't see the sinking ship
They spend more money on pet food
Than on the mission trips
Forsake the great commission
Church is like a cruise ship
They try to cover up their sins
Meanwhile they skinny dip
Playing games in the church
But hate the battleship
They're naked and exposed
While selling lies like dealerships

I see the church fighting with their brothers
No love busy hating on eachother
I look around while the meek and humble suffer
While the church is drunk misleading one another

I'm going to the broken
While you're full of self and pride
God didn't call the righteous
But the broken inside
Church is like a cemetery
He called the dead to life
While you're claiming to know God
But full of hate and strife
Unable to forgive theirs only darkness in your eyes
Busy seeking knowledge
But you can not see the light
You claim to see the signs
Hearts will grow cold in these times
Betray your brothers and your sisters I just proved your blind

In the last days people will be running to and from
Gain and seeking knowledge
Always busy on the run
Never able to rest
Their fingers on the gun
Busy shooting they're neighbors
And always having fun

They're blinded to the times
They can't see God's son
Veil over their eyes
They're like a hit and run

Humble yourselves before you wreck yourselves

I'm not saying all churches
But a majority of the believers today
