When the doors you try to open shut, don't be so quick to exit
Storms that arise make our faith grow stronger
Lift the Lord on high cuz in His Name there is power
I′m reminded that by the patience of Job
There's not a single moment when praises should be refrained from the throne
Abstain from our own
If you claim that you know
Every athlete trains for the gold
But we run this race in attain for the soul
We must never lose sight in that faith of a mustard seed
For those that fall away when they encounter pain and suffering

No limits on the life that's surrendered
But you gotta stay committed to the cause, no calls off
Pay a huge price
When you choose Christ
Sacrifice has no small cost
Jesus gave His all
Why give any less back to Him?
Once you truly taste

You wanna go back to sin
Even in our sinful schemes
He′s married to the backslidden
But God intervenes just to bring us back again
May those who burn out return now and be replenished
