ونضحى وياه بعمرنا

على المسئولية يكون أمين
ويكون جرئ ويكون شجاع
مش إمعة وحتة بتاع
يعرف يقول للظلم لأ
ويموت ولا يفرط فى حق

نقدر نحاسبه بالقانون
أو نعزله لو للأمانة يوم يخون
لا يشترط الشكل إيه
لا يشترط السن إيه
لا يشترط الملة إيه
شرطه الوحيد يكون بشر

For the people whose rulers betrayed them
And deluded them, and made them unconscious, and those who noticed it and woke up
They covered his eye and gagged him
And handed him over to the prison
To hungry dogs to tear him apart

To protect rights

He listens to us, advises us, and takes our opinions
In times of danger, we all gather around him
And we sacrifice our lives with him
A leader is needed
Who is responsible and honest
And who is brave and courageous
Not a follower and not a jerk
He knows how to say no to injustice
And he would rather die than give up a right
A leader is needed
We can hold him accountable by law
Or remove him if he betrays the trust
The appearance does not matter
The age does not matter
The religion does not matter
His only condition is to be human
In short, a male is needed
