Maybe I just need to feel the sun on my skin

akin to spring

I value interactions over transactions

The internet turned everybody into actors

Sometimes it seems like
only material things matter

I don't know when, why, or how it happened
but there's no if, ands, or buts about it

Do it for the back end

Or do it for the caption

Better yet, do it for a reaction
to get the people talkin'

Like we're scared of the real thing

Afraid to just feel things

Speaking for myself
but I don't wanna just be
someone you see in passing

We should really live in the present

I dream awake
and think of what I mean to say
to express what it means to me

It's give and take
but I hope I give way more than I take

waves of emotion

so I keep with the motion
