Have mercy on me God in your kindness
In your compassion blot out my offence
O wash me more and more from my guilt and
Cleanse me, O cleanse me God from all my sin

O purify me then I shall be clean
O wash me, I shall be, whiter than snow

Yes, my offences truly I know them
O Lord before me always is my sin
For I have sinned against you alone
I've done what is evil in your sight O Lord

O see I sinner was I conceived
Yet give me back again the joy of your help

In sacrifice you take no delight and
Burnt offering from me you would refuse
My sacrifice is my contrite spirit
You will not spurn my humbled contrite heart

So turn away your face from my sins
Blot out all my guilt do not cast me away
