The new hype cycle
Covid nineteen is still very much a thing.

More than ever, kind of
The world is still stuck and on fire, kind of
It's weird

Some companies want to build the metaverse
Some companies still suck really really bad
They suck at ethics
They just suck
You know

Personally, not exactly sure what the metaverse means
It's bad marketing, you know

It's quite a questionable term and goal

What is a metaverse
Who really cares about a metaverse
Personally, don't believe most people care about a metaverse, you know
Most people want to live a good life and take care of their family, ya know
