॥ श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रम् ॥
श्रीगणेशायनम: ।
अस्य श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रमन्त्रस्य ।
बुधकौशिक ऋषि: ।
श्रीसीतारामचंद्रोदेवता ।
अनुष्टुप् छन्द: । सीता शक्ति: ।
श्रीमद्हनुमान् कीलकम् ।
श्रीसीतारामचंद्रप्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोग: ॥
॥ अथ ध्यानम् ॥
ध्यायेदाजानुबाहुं धृतशरधनुषं बद्दद्पद्मासनस्थं ।
पीतं वासोवसानं नवकमलदलस्पर्धिनेत्रं प्रसन्नम् ॥
वामाङ्कारूढसीता मुखकमलमिलल्लोचनं नीरदाभं ।
नानालङ्कारदीप्तं दधतमुरुजटामण्डनं रामचंद्रम् ॥
॥ इति ध्यानम् ॥
चरितं रघुनाथस्य शतकोटिप्रविस्तरम् ।
एकैकमक्षरं पुंसां महापातकनाशनम् ॥१॥
ध्यात्वा नीलोत्पलश्यामं रामं राजीवलोचनम् ।
जानकीलक्ष्मणॊपेतं जटामुकुटमण्डितम् ॥२॥
सासितूणधनुर्बाणपाणिं नक्तं चरान्तकम् ।
स्वलीलया जगत्त्रातुमाविर्भूतमजं विभुम् ॥३॥
रामरक्षां पठॆत्प्राज्ञ: पापघ्नीं सर्वकामदाम् ।
शिरो मे राघव: पातु भालं दशरथात्मज: ॥४॥
कौसल्येयो दृशौ पातु विश्वामित्रप्रिय: श्रुती ।
घ्राणं पातु मखत्राता मुखं सौमित्रिवत्सल: ॥५॥
जिव्हां विद्दानिधि: पातु कण्ठं भरतवंदित: ।
स्कन्धौ दिव्यायुध: पातु भुजौ भग्नेशकार्मुक: ॥६॥
करौ सीतपति: पातु हृदयं जामदग्न्यजित् ।
मध्यं पातु खरध्वंसी नाभिं जाम्बवदाश्रय: ॥७॥
सुग्रीवेश: कटी पातु सक्थिनी हनुमत्प्रभु: ।
ऊरू रघुत्तम: पातु रक्ष: कुलविनाशकृत् ॥८॥
जानुनी सेतुकृत्पातु जङ्घे दशमुखान्तक: ।
पादौ बिभीषणश्रीद: पातु रामोSखिलं वपु: ॥९॥
एतां रामबलोपेतां रक्षां य: सुकृती पठॆत् ।
स चिरायु: सुखी पुत्री विजयी विनयी भवेत् ॥१०॥
पातालभूतलव्योम चारिणश्छद्मचारिण: ।
न द्र्ष्टुमपि शक्तास्ते रक्षितं रामनामभि: ॥११॥
रामेति रामभद्रेति रामचंद्रेति वा स्मरन् ।
नरो न लिप्यते पापै भुक्तिं मुक्तिं च विन्दति ॥१२॥
जगज्जेत्रैकमन्त्रेण रामनाम्नाभिरक्षितम् ।
य: कण्ठे धारयेत्तस्य करस्था: सर्वसिद्द्दय: ॥१३॥
वज्रपंजरनामेदं यो रामकवचं स्मरेत् ।
अव्याहताज्ञ: सर्वत्र लभते जयमंगलम् ॥१४॥
आदिष्टवान् यथा स्वप्ने रामरक्षामिमां हर: ।
तथा लिखितवान् प्रात: प्रबुद्धो बुधकौशिक: ॥१५॥
आराम: कल्पवृक्षाणां विराम: सकलापदाम् ।
अभिरामस्त्रिलोकानां राम: श्रीमान् स न: प्रभु: ॥१६॥
तरुणौ रूपसंपन्नौ सुकुमारौ महाबलौ ।
पुण्डरीकविशालाक्षौ चीरकृष्णाजिनाम्बरौ ॥१७॥
फलमूलशिनौ दान्तौ तापसौ ब्रह्मचारिणौ ।
पुत्रौ दशरथस्यैतौ भ्रातरौ रामलक्ष्मणौ ॥१८॥
शरण्यौ सर्वसत्वानां श्रेष्ठौ सर्वधनुष्मताम् ।
रक्ष: कुलनिहन्तारौ त्रायेतां नो रघुत्तमौ ॥१९॥
आत्तसज्जधनुषा विषुस्पृशा वक्षया शुगनिषङ्ग सङिगनौ ।
रक्षणाय मम रामलक्ष्मणा वग्रत: पथि सदैव गच्छताम् ॥२०॥
संनद्ध: कवची खड्गी चापबाणधरो युवा ।
गच्छन्मनोरथोSस्माकं राम: पातु सलक्ष्मण: ॥२१॥
रामो दाशरथि: शूरो लक्ष्मणानुचरो बली ।
काकुत्स्थ: पुरुष: पूर्ण: कौसल्येयो रघुत्तम: ॥२२॥
वेदान्तवेद्यो यज्ञेश: पुराणपुरुषोत्तम: ।
जानकीवल्लभ: श्रीमानप्रमेय पराक्रम: ॥२३॥
इत्येतानि जपेन्नित्यं मद्भक्त: श्रद्धयान्वित: ।
अश्वमेधायुतं पुण्यं संप्राप्नोति न संशय: ॥२४॥
रामं दूर्वादलश्यामं पद्माक्षं पीतवाससम् ।
स्तुवन्ति नामभिर्दिव्यैर्न ते संसारिणो नर: ॥२५॥
रामं लक्शमण पूर्वजं रघुवरं सीतापतिं सुंदरम् ।
काकुत्स्थं करुणार्णवं गुणनिधिं विप्रप्रियं धार्मिकम्
राजेन्द्रं सत्यसंधं दशरथनयं श्यामलं शान्तमूर्तिम् ।
वन्दे लोकभिरामं रघुकुलतिलकं राघवं रावणारिम् ॥२६॥
रामाय रामभद्राय रामचंद्राय वेधसे ।
रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीताया: पतये नम: ॥२७॥
श्रीराम राम रघुनन्दन राम राम ।
श्रीराम राम भरताग्रज राम राम ।
श्रीराम राम रणकर्कश राम राम ।
श्रीराम राम शरणं भव राम राम ॥२८॥
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ मनसा स्मरामि ।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ वचसा गृणामि ।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शिरसा नमामि ।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥२९॥
माता रामो मत्पिता रामचंन्द्र: ।
स्वामी रामो मत्सखा रामचंद्र: ।
सर्वस्वं मे रामचन्द्रो दयालु ।
नान्यं जाने नैव जाने न जाने ॥३०॥
दक्षिणे लक्ष्मणो यस्य वामे तु जनकात्मजा ।
पुरतो मारुतिर्यस्य तं वन्दे रघुनंदनम् ॥३१॥
लोकाभिरामं रनरङ्गधीरं राजीवनेत्रं रघुवंशनाथम् ।
कारुण्यरूपं करुणाकरंतं श्रीरामचंद्रं शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥३२॥
मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठम् ।
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥३३॥
कूजन्तं रामरामेति मधुरं मधुराक्षरम् ।
आरुह्य कविताशाखां वन्दे वाल्मीकिकोकिलम् ॥३४॥
आपदामपहर्तारं दातारं सर्वसंपदाम् ।
लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम् ॥३५॥
भर्जनं भवबीजानामर्जनं सुखसंपदाम् ।
तर्जनं यमदूतानां रामरामेति गर्जनम् ॥३६॥
रामो राजमणि: सदा विजयते रामं रमेशं भजे ।
रामेणाभिहता निशाचरचमू रामाय तस्मै नम: ।
रामान्नास्ति परायणं परतरं रामस्य दासोS

Shree Ramraksha Stotra

॥ Shree Ramraksha Stotra ॥
Salutations to Lord Ganesha.
For this Shree Ramraksha Stotra mantra.
The sage is Budhakaushika.
The presiding deity is Shree Sita Ramachandra.
The meter is Anushtup. The power is Sita.
Shree Hanuman is the key.
This is used in chanting for the pleasure of Shree Sita Ramachandra. ॥
॥ Now the meditation ॥
I meditate on Rama, who has knees reaching his arms, holding a bow and arrow, seated in the lotus posture.
He is yellow-clad, with eyes competing with fresh lotus petals, and a pleasant countenance.
On his left lap sits Sita, with eyes like lotuses meeting his, and a complexion like a raincloud.
He is adorned with various ornaments and wears a beautiful headdress of matted hair, this Ramachandra.
॥ End of meditation ॥
The story of Raghunatha is vast, with hundreds of crores of verses.
Each and every letter destroys great sins for men. ॥1॥
Meditating on Rama, dark as a blue lotus, with lotus eyes,
Accompanied by Janaki and Lakshmana, adorned with a crown of matted hair. ॥2॥
Holding a quiver, bow, and arrows, the destroyer of darkness,
The unborn and all-pervading Lord who appeared to protect the world with his play. ॥3॥
A wise person should recite the Ramaraksha, which destroys sins and fulfills all desires.
May Raghava protect my head, and the son of Dasharatha my forehead. ॥4॥
May the beloved of Vishwamitra protect my eyes, and the delight of Kausalya my ears.
May the killer of Khara protect my nose, and the one affectionate towards Sumitra's son my mouth. ॥5॥
May the treasure of knowledge protect my tongue, and the one worshipped by Bharata my throat.
May the wielder of divine weapons protect my shoulders, and the breaker of Shiva's bow my arms. ॥6॥
May the husband of Sita protect my hands, and the conqueror of Parasurama my heart.
May the destroyer of Khara and Dushana protect my middle, and the refuge of Jambavan my navel. ॥7॥
May the lord of Sugriva protect my waist, and the master of Hanuman my thighs.
May the best of the Raghus protect my knees, and the destroyer of the Raghu clan protect me. ॥8॥
May the builder of the bridge protect my shins, and the ender of Ravana my calves.
May the giver of fortune to Vibhishana protect my feet, and may Rama protect my entire body. ॥9॥
He who recites this protection empowered by Rama, being virtuous,
Will be long-lived, happy, have sons, be victorious, and humble. ॥10॥
Those who move about in the netherworld, earth, and sky, and those who move in disguise,
Are not even able to see the one protected by the name of Rama. ॥11॥
Remembering 'Rama', 'Ramabhadra', or 'Ramachandra',
Man is not tainted by sins and attains enjoyment and liberation. ॥12॥
The world is conquered by the single mantra, the name of Rama.
He who wears it on his neck holds all accomplishments in his hands. ॥13॥
He who remembers this armor of Rama, known as the Vajrapanjara,
With unimpeded command, attains victory and auspiciousness everywhere. ॥14॥
As Lord Shiva instructed Budhakaushika about this Ramaraksha in a dream,
So he wrote it down in the morning upon waking. ॥15॥
Rama is the garden of wish-fulfilling trees, the cessation of all misfortunes,
The delight of the three worlds, the glorious Lord Rama is our master. ॥16॥
Youthful, handsome, delicate, and immensely strong,
With lotus-like wide eyes and dark deerskin garments. ॥17॥
Subsisting on fruits and roots, self-controlled, ascetics, and celibate,
These two sons of Dasharatha are brothers, Rama and Lakshmana. ॥18॥
They are the refuge of all beings, the best among all archers,
The destroyers of the Raghu clan, may the best of the Raghus, Rama and Lakshmana, protect us. ॥19॥
With their bows drawn and arrows touching their chests, with quivers on their backs,
May Rama and Lakshmana always walk before me for my protection. ॥20॥
Equipped with armor, sword, and holding a bow and arrows, youthful,
May Rama, along with Lakshmana, fulfill our desires as he walks. ॥21॥
Rama, the son of Dasharatha, the valiant, accompanied by the powerful Lakshmana,
Kakutstha, the perfect man, Kausalya's son, the best of the Raghus. ॥22॥
The knower of the Vedanta, the lord of sacrifices, the best among men in the Puranas,
The husband of Janaki, glorious, with immeasurable prowess. ॥23॥
My devotee, filled with faith, should recite these verses daily,
And will undoubtedly attain merit equivalent to a thousand horse sacrifices. ॥24॥
Those who praise Rama, dark as a raincloud, lotus-eyed, and yellow-clad, with divine names,
Are not worldly men. ॥25॥
Rama, with Lakshmana before him, the best of the Raghus, the husband of Sita, the beautiful,
Kakutstha, the ocean of compassion, the treasure of virtues, beloved of the Brahmins, the righteous,
The king of kings, truthful, the son of Dasharatha, dark-complexioned, with a peaceful form,
I salute the delight of the worlds, the ornament of the Raghu clan, Raghava, the enemy of Ravana. ॥26॥
To Rama, Ramabhadra, Ramachandra, the creator,
To Raghunatha, the protector, the husband of Sita, I bow. ॥27॥
Shree Rama, Rama, son of Raghu, Rama, Rama,
Shree Rama, Rama, elder brother of Bharata, Rama, Rama,
Shree Rama, Rama, fierce in battle, Rama, Rama,
Shree Rama, Rama, the refuge of existence, Rama, Rama. ॥28॥
I remember the feet of Shri Ramachandra in my mind,
I sing the praise of the feet of Shri Ramachandra with my words,
I bow my head to the feet of Shri Ramachandra,
I take refuge in the feet of Shri Ramachandra. ॥29॥
Rama is my mother, Ramachandra is my father,
Rama is my master, Ramachandra is my friend,
Ramachandra, the compassionate, is my everything,
I know no other, I know no other, I know no other. ॥30॥
He who has Lakshmana on his right and Janaka's daughter on his left,
And Maruti before him, I salute that son of Raghu. ॥31॥
The delight of the worlds, the calm one in the battlefield, lotus-eyed, the lord of the Raghu dynasty,
The embodiment of compassion, the ocean of kindness, I take refuge in Shri Ramachandra. ॥32॥
Swift as the mind, with speed like the wind, with controlled senses, the best among the intelligent,
The son of the wind, the leader of the monkey army, I take refuge in the messenger of Shri Rama. ॥33॥
Cooing 'Rama Rama', sweetly, with sweet syllables,
Perched on the branch of poetry, I salute the Kokila of Valmiki. ॥34॥
The remover of calamities, the giver of all wealth,
The delight of the worlds, Shri Rama, I bow to him again and again. ॥35॥
The destroyer of the seeds of worldly existence, the acquirer of happy prosperity,
The threatener of the messengers of death, the roar of 'Rama Rama'. ॥36॥
Rama, the king's jewel, always victorious, I worship Rama, the lord of Rama,
The army of demons was destroyed by Rama, to that Rama, I bow.
There is no greater refuge than Rama, I am Rama's servant.
