Alright thanks.
You see, the artist is always under pressure from so many sides.
You can never really get away from it.
Regardless of where you turn, there's a demand being made from you.
Pressure from the executives, from the consumers.
And there's pressure from within as well.
But my fear is this.
When you start to cater only to the pressure from
outside, your art is no longer as true as it should be.
And in the long run,
what's the point of an artist who
never sees how he feels how she feels
But always sees how everybody else expects him or her to be feeling.

Tu vois, l'artiste est toujours sous pression de tous les côtés.
On ne peut jamais vraiment s'en échapper.
Peu importe où tu te tournes, il y a une demande qui te concerne.
Pression des dirigeants, des consommateurs.
Et il y a aussi une pression intérieure.
Mais ma peur est la suivante.
Quand tu commences à répondre uniquement à la pression de l'extérieur,
ton art n'est plus aussi authentique qu'il devrait l'être.
Et à long terme,
à quoi sert un artiste qui
ne voit jamais comment il se sent, comment elle se sent
Mais voit toujours comment tout le monde attend qu'il ou qu'elle se sente.
