Then things got darker and I turned to bat man

Had his parents taken but that didn't stop him
To defend his city and do the right thing
To train his body set an example
The greatest detective who can't see past his
Nose he don't know he is the cause of his villains
By going out on patrol he inspired evil

That's like one in a crowd willing to stick up
While everyone else won't move a thumb
That's just the thing that heroes do
They'll do the thing others refuse
Shout out to policemen doctors and soldiers
You all are the real heroes keep us safe in our homes and
Also firemen nurses with composure
When they have to deal with death on daily doses
