স্বার্থ তখন মুখ্য মাতাল
অসমাপ্ত কবিতা
ভাবনা যখন অন্ধকারে
আলোর ডাকে ভাষা খোঁজে
চেনা তখন অচেনা
আমন্ত্রণ প্রথম তোমার
উত্থান হয়তো আমার
বিসর্জন দ্বিতীয় আমার
বিচ্ছেদ তোমার আমার
কালো সূতায় জোড়া হয়ে
অভিনয়ের মোমে পুড়ি
অভিন গ্রহের উৎসব শিখে
আপন গ্রহ ভুলে গেছি
কোথায় তুমি, কোথায় আমি
বিশ্বাস যখন তর্ক ছবি
বাসনা বিমূর্ত হবি, অহমী
অর্থভরে ব্যর্থ হবি
নিজেকে তুই আর কতো কাঁদাবি
বিশ্বাস কেনো হারাবি?

When faith hides behind a friend,
Then self-interest becomes the main culprit,
The unfinished poem,
When thoughts are in the dark,
It seeks a language at the call of light,
The known then becomes unknown,
The initial invitation was yours,
Perhaps I will rise,
The second farewell is mine,
The separation is yours and mine,
Bound together by a black thread,
We burn in the wax of pretence,
Learning the revelry of an alien planet,
I have forgotten my own planet,
Where are you, where am I?
When faith becomes an abstract picture,
Desires will become abstract, ego,
You will fail in wealth,
For how long will you cry for yourself,
Why do you lose faith?
Your life of pretense.
