Where the sky shines starry and bright
She filled my arms every night
Sweet angel face, veiled in her Spanish lace

Life was a dream and love was our song
Perfect like lovers belong
She bleeds my heart as part of her Spanish lace

Here in my reverie I′ll never be the same
Fate took my happiness and left the pain

Years have gone by since I held her near
Lonely with my silver tears
