Loss of loved ones hurt me, pain so heavy that it grieved me
Looking for escape, attempted coping to relieve me
But then I come back to my senses, looking from a new perspective
I be looking too deep into situations, play detective
Takes a time or two, but soon enough I finally get the message
And even still inside the wreckage
I can see Your sovereign hand so clearly
Though the doubts and fear were loud, Your peace was ever with me
