吹き荒ぶ風から 燈火守るみたいに
両手でそっと隠した 夢の欠片
漏れ出した先に気付かれないように
暗闇の中 息を潜めてた
風上げた夜空 眩い星々の灯(あかり)
届く日など来ない... そう言い聞かせながらも
心に灯したほんの小さな希望(ひかり)は
何故だか失くしたくなくて
誰かの刃で傷つくのを恐れながら
ひっそりと守り続けた
一際輝いたあの星に憧れて
わたしの中の光は膨らんでゆく
「もしかしたら...」なんてね 思い上がりでもいい
試してみるまで 諦めたくなくて
心のままに叫んだ想いが
誰かの光と触れ合って ほら共鳴をはじめる
独りぼっちの弱く儚い希望(ひかり)も
分かち合える君と出逢った
共に奏でる星座(ゆめ)は不思議なくらいに
叶うと信じて進めた

Starry Ensemble

Like a lantern that I must protect from the furious wind,
I gently concealed within my grasp fragments of my dreams.
Hoping they wouldn't be noticed as I ventured forth
Into the darkness, where I held my breath in hiding.
Upon the starlit sky that the wind had stirred,
The luminous glow of the stars―even if reaching them was impossible, I inhaled,
And within my heart, I ignited a tiny flicker of hope―
Aflame that I was unwilling to relinquish.
Fearful that a blade might strike me and shatter it
I persisted in my quiet vigilance.
Yearning for the light within the star that beamed the brightest,
My own inner light began to grow.
Surely it was presumptuous, to indulge such a "what if,"
But I refused to surrender until I had taken my chances.
Emboldened by my heart, I cried aloud,
A plea that met with the light of another, and resonated.
My frail and lonely hope found kinship,
As I encountered one who illuminated my being.
Together, we orchestrated a celestial dream of such wonder,
That it compelled us to believe in its fulfillment.
My love, that the feelings we share should know no shame―
My resolve to grow stronger burns ever brighter.
Should we continue to weave threads between the stars,
Together we can paint any dream into existence.
The tiny flicker of hope that illuminated my heart
Shall be cherished until it consumes all.
In this celestial expanse, where each of us plays our part,
We bestow courage upon one another.
Without hesitation, I will sing of the celestial bond that brought us together,
May its brilliance never fade.
May it endure for eternity.
