Basking in sunshine
Drink in the fine wine
And let your mind recognize the divine
Within you

It's time for a break
It's ok to be not ok today
Mental health days
Create distance from all the invaders
Of space and time
Please rewind to a happier self
Cause wealth is nothing without health
Just ask a dying rich man
He'll understand
Money is just a tool in the box
But can't always unlock longevity
So take a moment to inhale life
And exhale all the worries of the world
Decide you are worthy of an interlude
A warm bath to soothe the overload
The road to contentment is paved with silence
Meditate almost in defiance of societal norms
Social media storms
Derived from contrived successes without failures
Cuz no one is 100% authentic on instagram
Bigger than any Nigerian scam
And yet we buy-in
Billions of people in fact
Fear of missing out
Brings us back
Again and again
Let's take this second to defend
And protect
Our minds
