Movin' into the first interlude on my album 9AM, which is servin' to
Sort of bridge the gap between the jog and when we move into sorta
The regular routine of a life, um, like mine, so which I hope is
A life like yours. Uh, so I come home, I walk inside, and, uh
I see my beautiful wife is cookin' breakfast, and, uh, I gotta
Grab my sugar, and then I move on to the bedroom to check on my
Baby. Literally one of the most exciting things for me every time
I come home, no matter what it is, from goin' to the mail or if
I'm comin' from a long trip, uh, it's holdin' my baby again, um
Pickin' him up, playin' with him, seein' him smile. Um, it literally
Literally means the world to me, um, and I'd do anything to see
Him, um, whole and encouraged and healthy. So, yeah, that is the
Setup for a very vulnerable song for me, um, because it kinda goes
Into a place where a man normally doesn't go, but I know every man
Every real man feels this type of way with their child. It's
The feelin' that can only be described as fallin' in love. "9AM."
