I've built up so much
And it all went to shit
I just want to quit
We've been over this
So fucking many times
I'm lost as hell
It feels like I'm on fire all the time
My heart hurts
I can't think straight
My mind puts all this shit in my head that's not real
What do I do?
I'm weak
I can't keep my head up
My stomach always quits on me
It hurts

And if it gets worse
I'm sure I'll die
