He was too good, so they had to get rid of him
He was too much of a giant, too talented and too far out

Their covers were too beautiful
It was a threat to the industry, so they had to do something with him
So they dumped him, and tried to keep him out of the music business
Out of the record business, but they won't do it
He's too powerful
