Let's Go

As I sit in a state of contemplation
I'm concentrating on letting go of overthinking
The conundrum I'm facing
I'm pacing back and forth to the kitchen
A pot of Tea that I'm making
Staring at belongings that I'll soon be liquidating
Vacating the place of residence
I took time to settle in
But settling is not a worthy destination
Not for me at least
The place a lease
And ownership the goal
And that's second to owning close to nothing and hittin' the road

A minimalist mentality too fond of all the gadgetry
And savagely brute hacking my masterpiece of a mind
I should cool it I know better and inundation is why
Overloading on the information internet provides
I should chill
For a little minute
Resting is just as important as learning some lessons
And that's a major key to safeguard where you belong
One to meditate over and yoga stretch into your bones
This human body we have is our truest place of home
And so long as we take care of it we'll never get it wrong
