The Way of the Wind

Introduction to CD written underneath.
The word 'wind' is associated with a variety of different things. Of course, there is the invisible force that empowers sailboats to travel across vast oceans or is strong enough to uproot grand trees that have stood for centuries. But there is also the "healing wind" of a mother's gentle blow and kiss to her child's wound. And, in similar fashion, there is the soothing wind of God - that of the Maker of heaven and earth which brings restoration to all life through the Gift of His Son Jesus and movement of the Holy Spirit.

This wind--this great wind--is blowing. We do not understand it but we can feel it. There is someone greater than us who, with a heavenly healing wind, blows His breath on our broken hearts. When given a chance, He can uproot the old stubborn roots of sin, restore our lives and empower us with His mighty wind that enables us to reach new horizons and gives us the strength to live each day. I welcomed the way of His wind when I was only 13 years old. It was the best decision I ever made.
