Why must the world continue to feel pain, because common sense is something that we lack in this day

In the world, we keep promoting all the wrong messages
People looking everywhere in search for where the answer is
Going clubbing looking for love in the wrong place
People waking up every morning next to a different face
And you wonder why there's non-stop drama
Women with lower standards becoming a baby's mama
And it's just so sad
To see a child have to be raised up without a dad
But look at what we're preaching in the mainstream
Fast cars, money, and sex, it's always the same thing
Why do we keep lying and fooling the kids
Artists don't know how influential their music really is
They go and teach kids how to use a gun; they're like "Please don't use it"
It's cool to be high, "Drugs... kids don't abuse it"
You got to have sex, "Your virginity don't lose it"
Can't anybody see the confusion in the music

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom
But we don't have that because we're taking God out of our systems
We need to seek wisdom like we're seeking for hidden treasure
But we'd rather be entertained by sinful pleasure
Making women show more and more, and wear less and less
And we wonder why there's so much porn
So don't ask, "Why is there so many rapists"
Look at the world's lust and sin, better yet let's face it
Man is trying to do, everything on their own
They have too much pride and they don't just give it all to the Lord
Because they're trying so hard to go and reach perfection
But they can't because they can't even receive correction
Because the foolishness of the world turns it away
They don't want to be proven wrong and have to learn from their own mistakes
So pray for the world to gain wisdom and common sense
Because the coming of the Lord will soon be past tense
