One of the, the cutest things that Howard did was
He would write set lists for me of my own songs
Complete with like, pattern notes

But that's a thing that he did, right?
He was a publicist, he liked to weave narratives
And he was so fucking good at it, I was like
"These are great keep 'em comin'," um

And one of the things we did
Going back to that scruff message that changed my life, ah
You know, when he said I sounded like Leon Russell and Randy Newman
We put together a tribute show of Randy Newman songs and I
I did that at the Green Mill, ah, about a year ago
And so I knew I wanted to do a Randy Newman song and
This was one of my favorites to play for him
