Al-Inshirah

بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾
الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٦﴾
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ ﴿٧﴾
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب ﴿٨﴾

Al-Inshirah

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have We not opened your breast for you, [O Muhammad]? ﴿1﴾
And removed from you your burden ﴿2﴾
Which had weighed upon your back? ﴿3﴾
And raised high for you your renown? ﴿4﴾
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. ﴿5﴾
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. ﴿6﴾
So when you are relieved, then strive ﴿for righteousness﴾. ﴿7﴾
And to your Lord turn [all your] longing. ﴿8﴾
