I guess I've never been too good to myself,
So many times I've dealt myself a blow.
Every morning like a K1 competition,

So every day we prefer to bet on materialism.

But all it takes is a few moments to give ourselves
To realize what is unchanging within us.

Some element of us, when we grow into matter,
Awakens anger in us
Because subconsciously each of us knows that we are like the wind
That blows somewhere high above the treetops.

So many things within us pump doubt so loudly,
And blood pumps oxygen so quietly
That it's hard for us to believe that
