We are observing the end of the Lenten season
Having baptismal ceremonies
Lets commemorate the final day of Christ's death
He went to hell in our place, so we won't go there

We sinned all mankind, we were in debt to death
Only right to go to hell, for justice to be served
But thank God, bless God, that God so loved all men

We don't need to die, no way or go to hell
He defeated hell and the grave, and rose again
We rose together with him
And can choose never to die again

Passing from death to life, a beautiful thing
Tolling bells ring, the end of lent, it doth signify
Listen attentively to the sermon so it's demystified
Those that haven't been baptized will get baptized
Of course after the altar call to give your heart to Christ
After baptism, it's Holy Communion time
We do it in memory of him, though he's always on our mind
We're one with him, he is the vine, and we the branch
