It has some more intimate songs
But there's this one detail that's kind of flowing through it
I came across this Billy Graham testimony
Do you remember that?

That was an exciting time
Do you remember what year that was?
Boy, it was when we were in Miami
Uh, it probably been in the eighties sometime
I wonder if I could look it up
I don't know if it, uh yeah
So what did you-, what did you run into on that

That is crazy, uh
But you know forty years have passed now
And I'm just curious
How much of that statement is true?
Oh, more so than ever
What is life all about?
What's the purpose of it?
Uh, is it just getting things?
And then they get things and then they're not satisfying
And you know-, uh, Forrest, not in '92 and '93, and both mom and I
Are not nearly as stable as we used to be, uh
And you look back on your life
And you say, what would I have done different?
And I would tell you I would do more to be related to God
That's the important lesson
And you know we've been up and down
We've, you know I've had good positions
I've had, uh, we've had a major financial security, and
We've been able to do almost anything we wanted to do
And you know when I look back
What did all that mean?
You know I've got a boat that's '99, was '96, it sits here
I don't know whether it'll ever get in the water again
That boat had tremendous memories to it
And I wouldn't trade that for anything
But when you look back
And you think
Was that the most important thing that I could have done?
Or should I spend more time, you know
Studying God, and the bible, and-and being more sensitive in that area
Yeah
And helping others
Well, Forrest there's no question that God has singled you out
To reach out to the younger generation
And I think that that's why God has been really working on you
And it's God anointed
And, but it's got a purpose
The purpose is to reach that younger generation
And you happen to be that person
Okay, well I am so excited that you called
And gave me an update on what's happening

J'ai eu, euh, on a eu une grande sécurité financière, et
on a pu faire presque tout ce qu'on voulait.
Et tu sais, quand je regarde en arrière,
qu'est-ce que tout cela signifiait ?
Tu sais, j'ai un bateau de 99, enfin 96, il est là.
Je ne sais pas s'il sera remis à l'eau un jour.
Ce bateau est lié à d'énormes souvenirs.
Et je ne les échangerais pour rien au monde.
Mais quand tu regardes en arrière,
et que tu réfléchis,
était-ce la chose la plus importante que j'aurais pu faire ?
Ou aurais-je dû passer plus de temps, tu sais,
à étudier Dieu, et la Bible, et à être plus sensible à cela ?
Ouais.
Et à aider les autres.
Eh bien, Forrest, il ne fait aucun doute que Dieu t'a choisi
pour toucher la jeune génération.
Et je pense que c'est pour ça que Dieu a vraiment travaillé sur toi.
Et c'est oint par Dieu.
Et, mais il y a un but.
Le but est d'atteindre cette jeune génération.
Et il se trouve que tu es cette personne.
D'accord, eh bien, je suis tellement content que tu aies appelé
et que tu m'aies donné des nouvelles de ce qui se passe.
