I lost myself before
I fell in love with someone who brought me playfulness and light to my life
At a time when I felt the complete opposite
I felt a weight of responsibility, and I was very, very serious
And he was just fine

And as our relationship progressed
I was always in his world
And he wasn't really interested in mine
He just wanted to enjoy the easy parts of me
