Hai yakeen chhodegaa na ik bhi lahoo ki boond ko
Mere dil mein jo chubha unki nazar ka teer hai
It is certain that the arrows from your eyes that have pierced my heart, will not leave even a single drop of blood in it.
Yakeen = definite, certain, 'i-am-sure".

Boond = drop, droplet
Chhubhna = pierce through with a sharp object

Ghar huaa barbaad mera dil jigar tukde huye
Phir bhi mein zinda hoon batla kyaa meri taqdeer hai
All my earthly possessions are destroyed, my heart is broken, and even my existence is shattered into pieces. Yet my breath comes and I am not dead, tell me what greater misfortune there can be.

Barbaad = destroyed
Dil = heart
Jigar = (the literal translation is liver, but the popular use is the) inner place where one exists; the associated word is jigri = something extremely close to the self e.g. 'jigri dost' = an extremely close friend.
