He got that telegram
Cut him deep, leaving scars

That's when he got depressed
Started drinking bad,
His life felt like a mess
His wife still left him fast
He thought about his kid
He wrote music for him
And then he realized
This is what could make him big

He starting writing tunes
For Gymboree
And as the musics growing
So did his whole family
He met the love his life
And now he's here to see
His second son now loving
Making music history
