I'm being pulled in every direction from every question
I ask myself why
Why do I feel this way?
I am not feeling great
Am I okay?
When I feel better is it gonna last or will it go away?
I never know
It's either lows or really high
I just avoid getting too close
To any particular feeling that I undergo

I'm spinnin' tryna keep my head straight
But this happens too often
I'm sick of just dealing with it everyday
Will I fall back to the dark state?
Can I move on and be okay?
These are questions I've been asking
There's no answer to my misery
I'm getting sick of me and all these voices
Who do I talk to when there are no choices?
I write in a journal, I think it's important
But after a while it gets kinda boring
I swear that I'm trying to be a good person
These internal battles releasing a poison
Right onto the people I love
Wish I could explain to them
